Photo step & permission

No photograph is collected by this form. After submitting it, use the secure Dropbox upload button on the confirmation page. Use the same email address so we can match the upload to your request. When you provide the photograph, you confirm that:

• You own the photograph or have permission from the copyright owner to use it.
• You have the permission of everyone shown in the photograph (or, if anyone is under 18, the permission of their parent or legal guardian) for their image to be used.
• You grant SuperStars Caricatures permission to edit, crop, enhance and artistically transform your photograph into a personalised caricature or illustration for your order.
• You understand that the finished artwork is an artistic interpretation and may not be an exact photographic reproduction.
• You confirm that your uploaded photograph does not infringe the copyright, privacy or other rights of any third party.
• You understand that personalised products do not normally qualify for change-of-mind cancellation, but your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, not as described or we have made an error.
• Your photographs will only be used to create and fulfil your order. We will never use your photographs or finished artwork for advertising, social media or promotional purposes without your explicit permission.
• Your uploaded images will be stored securely only as long as needed to quote for, create and support your order. They will normally be deleted within 90 days after completion unless a longer period is needed for an active complaint or legal claim.

Do not email a photograph or send one through social media unless we have specifically agreed a safe method with you. Your free preview is created only after we have received a suitable photo and complete instructions.
