Our commitment

SuperStars Caricatures wants every customer to be able to understand the website, explore products and request help regardless of disability, device or assistive technology. We aim to make reasonable adjustments where a feature or process creates a barrier.

What we are working towards

• Clear headings, labels and instructions.
• Keyboard access to navigation, forms, product previews and cookie controls.
• Readable colour contrast and visible focus indicators.
• Alternative text for meaningful images.
• Layouts that reflow on mobile devices and when text is enlarged.
• Plain-language order, privacy and legal information.

Known limitations

The website is still being prepared for launch. A complete accessibility audit with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, high zoom and multiple devices must be completed before public release. Some highly decorative artwork may be difficult to describe fully, and an appropriate text description will be provided where the image communicates important information.

Alternative ways to order

If an online feature is difficult to use, we will offer a reasonable alternative way to ask a question or provide order information. Customers should never send payment-card details through ordinary email, messaging or the photo-upload field.
